Mama B

Mama B is also known as Lyttle Bridges. She spent most of her days at Red Bridges Barbecue perfecting the recipes that have made the restaurant a National standard for pork barbecue. Mama B is considered to be the very first woman barbecue entrepreneur in North Carolina, and was recently recognized as a 2021 Legacy Inductee into the Barbecue Hall of Fame. Mama B dedicated countless 12 hour days to serving Cleveland County with pride and passion. Her committed hard work and her love for great barbecue have truly paid off, earning her a well deserved reputation for excellence throughout the world.
